What You’ll Do
As a graphics designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing visual elements for video games, such as characters, environments, and user interfaces. This may include tasks such as:

Collaborating with game designers and developers to understand the visual needs of the game and how it fits into the overall gameplay experience

Creating concept art and storyboards to visualize game ideas and concepts

Designing and creating 2D and 3D game assets, including characters, environments, and user interfaces

Implementing graphics into the game using game engines and other software

Adjusting and optimizing graphics for performance and memory constraints

Testing and iterating on graphics to ensure they meet the game's style and vision
To be successful in this role, you should have strong skills in graphics design and software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D modeling tools. Experience with game development tools and engines such as Unity is also beneficial.
